Removed old cabinets & flooring. Installed new tile floor, cabinets & mosaic backsplash.
Removed the old carpet and added 1/2” plywood to the old plank sub-floor. Then we installed new pre-finished Beach hardwood to the top, main and 3rd level of this 4 level split home. Please also notice the flush mount vents, this was done for all levels. they looked great!
In addition to the 3 levels, we covered the stair risers and treads in the new hardwood. .

We removed the old carpet and replaced with this new and durable laminate flooring.
Removed the old carpet and nosing and installed laminate to the treads and risers to match the new basement development.
Tore down the old leaky 2 season sunroom and added this beautiful 4 season room. We installed cedar paneling on the walls and ceiling with 2 different stains. New ceramic tiled floor for the wood pellet stove and replaced the surrounding floor with new Rubber floor tiles that look and feel great!
Outside look at the new addition of the new 4 season room. Home owner also had a brand new metal roof installed to the whole house that helped blend in our addition.
We installed new oak pre finished hardwood to the main level of this home.
New flooring looks beautiful and seamless throughout the main level.
We installed new LVP flooring throughout the main level for some great folks. This is part of the front office and entry.
We made our own custom made flush vents for this floor. Turned out great.
We also made our own flush mount stair nosings and covered the risers and stringers with the LVP to make this eye-catching stair case.
Kitchen is also enhance with the new flooring.
We built a lower deck for added space. We excavated a full dump truck load to get the desired height for the customers. With the 4’ fence on the one side and the slope of the existing yard. They wanted to make sure they had privacy without adding a privacy fence or railings. Love the clean and uncluttered result.
I wish you could have seen the old layout. We moved the vanity across the room giving it better flow. Custom built the vanity with a new epoxy countertop. Replaced the old shower insert with a new custom base, tiled walls and glass panels. New ceiling tiles, new flooring and finished with new paint and trim.
We replaced the old dark wall paneling. Now a nice sleeping area for guests.
